If you are looking to obtain this vehicle, you will first need to complete the Tapeworm side mission to be able to then unlock another secondary mission named Chippin' in.
During the Chippin' in quest, you'll end up facing Grayson and you will then have the choice to spare him or kill him.

To be able to recover the Porsche 911 more easily, choose to spare it so it can tell you the position of a nearby container which will contain the famous vehicle and it will give you the key to open this container and one of the best weapons in the game, and Malorian Arms 3516 de Johnny Silverhand.
In case you have makes the choice to kill him directly, you won't get the position of the container, but here's how to get it:
- Head towards the crane marked with a “! » yellow on your card as in the image below
