Borderlands 3 got a new DLC, some less ago titled " Guns, Love and Tentacles ". This DLC has added a lot of content such as new missions, a new story but also and above all new loot including the shotgun Anarchy.

How to get Anarchy in Borderlands 3?
To be able to get the Anarchy you will have to go to the planet Xylourgos and join the area named Deep Desire.
You will need to go to the area to the left of the spawn point to find Tom and Xam.
Once there, you should encounter two mini-bosses, Tom and Xam. Shoot them down to get the Legendary Anarchy Shotgun. In terms of the weapon's drop rate, you should have it half the time.
