How do I get a Battlefield 2042 refund?
To obtain a refund on Battlefield 2042 the conditions will depend on the platform.
Get your money back on Steam
To be reimbursed on Steam, the game must have been purchased less than 14 days ago and played less than 2 hours. You must then follow the following steps (source).
- Go to the Steam support site
- Go to section Shopping
- Click on Battlefield 2042
- Choose the corresponding problem
- To choose : I would like to request a refund
It is possible to request a refund if the above conditions are not met but requests will be treated individually and it is not guaranteed that Valve will accept them.
Get a refund for a game on Origin
To be reimbursed for Battlefield 2042 on Origin, you must be in one of the following cases (source).
- Launched the game for the first time in less than 24 hours
- Within 14 days of purchase but not launching the game
You must then connect to the Electronic Arts support site to find out if the game is eligible for reimbursement and follow the steps indicated.
Get Refunded on PlayStation (PS4 / PS5)
