It's usually the most complicated when you start on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team : manage contracts. You should know that each time you play a game, a contract is taken away from each of your players, whether offline or online. However, in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, there is a way to boost contract cards.
Indeed, there is no way to play without consuming contracts but by using the trainers correctly, you will be able to improve these same cards.
It's actually very simple. Each trainer has a value called "Negotiations". Very important, it goes from 0 to 3 depending on the quality of the coach. By adding many coaches to your club, these negotiation percentages will accumulate. For example, do you have Arsene Wenger, José Mourinho and Louis Van Gaal in your club?
So you will have: 3% (Wenger) + 3% (Mourinho) + 3% (Van Gaal) = 9%
This means that each time you apply a contract to one of your players, you will receive 9% more contracts on your player. This value is capped at a maximum of 50%, you cannot go above. Concretely, this means that when you put a gold contract card on a gold player, you will not get 13 but 19 contracts. The difference is certain.
