Yes, Animal Crossing New Horizons still allows time travel while having fun with the settings. So here is a little tutorial on how to change the date and time of your Switch. Just like the previous episodes, this will allow you to access certain facets of the game. We take stock.
Where are the date and time settings on Switch?
First of all, know that unlike Pokémon Sword / Shield, changing the settings in the middle of the game does absolutely nothing. You must therefore do the following before launching the game for it to be taken into account. You must therefore be on the main menu of the Switch. Under the thumbnails of games, there are various icons, it is necessary to select the penultimate "Console settings".
Then go down the left menu to find “Console”.
Then go to "Date and time" in the right sub-menu.
You may not be able to change the date and time directly because of parental controls but also because of the synchronization of the console with the Internet. In this case, you must therefore set No for the option “Obtain date and time via Internet”.
You can now drill down to the current date and time to change it to the one you want.
