Before the sun and the moon
To find this second book, go south of Dainichi Mikoshi Island, to the teleporter in the area, and jump west of the cliff then hover against the wall until you see ruins with two ghosts. Go talk to them to start another quest, “Antigonus”.
Then go south of the Heart of the Serpent to look for Antei on the island. You can see it in the second image below. Go talk to him, and take the machine core behind him.
Put the core back on the guardian of the ruins located not far from here, and destroy it. Now all you have to do is pick up the book where the guardian slept. Talk to Antei again to complete the “Antigonus” quest.
In the light, in the shadow
For this third book, teleport to the center of Dainichi Mikoshi, then head southwest. You'll see a mechanism to switch modes between Day and Night a bit further down. Go activate it to be in Night mode.
Not far from this mechanism, a little upstream, you'll see a Ruin Guardian sleeping next to some explosive barrels. Destroy these barrels to blow up the wall and reveal a secret room, then defeat the Guardian.
Enter the room and tap on the Night mechanism. Then go back to the previous mechanism to switch to Day mode, then return to the room to tap the Day mechanic.
Go back and forth again return to night mode, and return to the secret room. At the bottom, you will then see a chest as well as 5 symbols to activate.
Then teleport to the place indicated by the map below, making sure to be in night mode. Enter the room with the 5 blue portals, and stand in the center.
The 5 symbols of the previous secret room reveal the order in which to go through these doors (counting the number of triangles below each symbol.
Go through these doors in order, and a chest will appear in the middle of the room, with the third book to pick up inside.

This fourth book will ask you to access an island not listed on the map. First go to the place indicated above to find a portal that will allow you to access the island.
There you will find an NPC named Michiya, which will give you access to the “Tricolor file” quest.
To complete this quest, nothing could be simpler. Go to the next arena and light up the elemental totems in order to open the gates in the area, and fight against elementosaurs.
Once rid of them, you can enter one of the dungeons to find the book you are looking for lying on the ground.

This last book is fortunately even easier to recover. Go to Inazuma, and see Kuroda, the editor of the Yae Chamber, not far from the city teleporter.
Ask him what he has in stock to see the object of your desire directly listed in his shop. All you have to do is buy it, and return to Enkanomiya.
Put the books back on their shelves
Then go back to Ema to give her all the missing books. She will then give you one last task, that of putting the books back on the shelves. To do this, you will have to go through a strange portal at the back of the library.
You will then arrive in another dimension, in the same library. Here you can find a luxurious trunk as well as'a Fairy to bring back through the portal, as a sigil-key. The quest "Collection of Dragons and Serpents" is now complete.
