How to unlock Diluc
Diluc is a fighter that can only be had by summoning characters via wishes. He's a 5 ★ character, so it's very difficult to get him. To attempt to summon it, you will need to use the latest banner currently available, with permanent wishes.
At the time when his lines are written, there is a 0.6% chance of getting a 5 star character (knowing that we can also have Jean). However, after 90 draws without having had 5 stars, there is a guarantee, that of having a 5 ★ character. Good luck !

- normal attack (Tempered Sword): Chain up to 4 sword swings (89.7%, 87.6%, 98.8%, 134%)
- loaded : Executes a succession of slashes as fast as they are sharp: this attack consumes stamina over time. The charged attack ends with a powerful hit. (68.8%, 125%)
- Burning Assault: Sword strike that inflicts Pyro damage. Possibility to do it 3 times in a row
- TdR : 10 sec.
- Damage: 94,4% + 97,6% + 129%
- Aurore : Diluc erupts in a burst of flame, knocking back nearby enemies and inflicting Pyro damage. The flames then converge on his weapon, reborn into a phoenix that deals heavy Pyro Damage to enemies in its path. The phoenix explodes when it reaches its destination and inflicts heavy damage. Flames convert damage dealt by Diluc's normal and charged attacks into Pyro damage.

Passive Skills
- Unforgiven : Diluc's charged attacks consume 50% less stamina and last 3 sec. Moreover
- Phoenix Blessing : Extends Aurora's Pyro enchantment by 4 sec. Diluc deals 20% more Pyro damage for the duration of this effect.
- legend of the dawn : When you forge a two-handed sword, 15% of the ore used will be returned to you.
Constellation
- Conviction : Diluc inflicts 15% more damage to enemies with more than 50% of their HP
- Ash heat: Diluc's Basic Attack increases by 10% and Attack Speed by 5% when he takes damage. Up to 3 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 1.5 sec.

How to play Diluc
An outstanding fighter
As you guessed, Diluc is an excellent DPS. It's probably one of the best. His attacks hurt, and his various skills allow both to propagate Pyro but also to hit well. This will arguably make him your main striker in your team.
Using a two-handed claymore may seem a bit cumbersome at first, but nope. Quickly, you will notice that its damage is high but is also ideal for enemies with shields and other protections. Diluc can deal with it, either with a (charged) attack or with Burning Assault.
That's not all, what makes Diluc a ruthless fighter, besides facing shielded opponents, is his combos. Whether its normal attack (up to 4 hits) or Burning Assault (3), it prevents the enemy from retaliating. You can also perform a charged attack to not let the opponent breathe.
Skills That Hurt
Use his skill as much as possible Assault Burning. Know that it can (must) be used 3 times in a row since the damage increases with each hit. It also deals fire damage. Its ToR is relatively low, so use as soon as you can.
Better still his ultimate skill, Aurore, recharges very quickly. This one is therefore to be used as many times as you can: it does a lot of damage and hits a lot of enemies. It is ideal for dungeons or time trials. It is a massive attack so it can take down a lot of enemies in a limited amount of time.
Quite versatile
As you can see, Diluc is an undeniable asset in boss fights or for your daily quests thanks to his Aurora skill. So whether you're 1 vs 1 or hitting a group of enemies, Diluc will be your man.
However, he is less useful for secondary tasks, except that you have to think of him when you craft a two-handed weapon. forge, which allows recover up to 15% of resources used. Besides that, his techniques will not help you more than that out of combat.
