Version 1.3 of Genshin impact is now available to all players, with a few new additions, although the bulk of activities and events will begin next week. This update still allows access to a new type of object, the Parametric transformer. Here's how to get it.
Where to find the treasure in the Treasures of Tianqiu quest?
To flush out this object, it will first be necessary to carry out Treasures of Tianqiu quest, given by Lan at the Liyue Port Adventurer's Guild. She will ask you to investigate rumors around a hidden treasure, and eliminate some monsters along the way. Go to the point indicated on your map to face a group of enemies, in order toget a treasure map.
The diagram then indicates a place in Dunyu Ruins, specifically in the north of the area. It is necessary find a campsite to find your objective, just at the place indicated by the map. Search in a bush next to this campsite to find a strange note which will tell you the location of three treasures.
You can then simply follow the map to find these, while being careful to eliminate the enemies guarding these chests. Then return to Lan at the Guild to examine the strange package in your possession, which will end the quest. You will then get the Parametric Transformer.
How to use the Parametric Transformer?
The Parametric Transformer is used to exchange some of your materials for others at random. In short, it allows you to get rid of loot that you do not use to obtain others that will be more useful to you.
To use it, go to the inventory, in the tab of Gadgets. You just have to select it so that it appears in front of you. You will then need to place items inside. These materials represent the loot found on monsters.
To activate the Parametric Transformer, you will need to place a certain number of these objects in order to reach a value of 150. Of course, purple materials have the most values here, followed by blues, greens, then whites.
Once the value of 150 is reached, you will have to charge the Parametric Transformer with elemental energy. So you have to attack it with elemental attacks until it is 100% charged. Once this value is reached, you will be able to collect your new materials, as well as Moras. You can get weapon materials, guides to increase experience or elemental agates.
Unfortunately, you have to wait seven days to use the Parametric Transformer thereafter. So remember to use it as soon as possible to get the most out of it, and above all spend materials that you have in large numbers and that are of little use to you.
