What is Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact is an open-world action-RPG developed by miHoYo studio. The game puts us in the shoes of the Traveler, a being from another world who will land in the territory of Teyvat. His goal will then be to find his twin, while helping the inhabitants of this region to face the mysterious events that will occur.
Often compared to Zelda Breath of the Wild because of its aesthetic aspect, Genshin Impact remains very different from the Nintendo title. The gameplay is more action-oriented and relies on using different elements to take advantage of enemy weaknesses.
When and where is Genshin Impact coming out?
Genshin Impact has had several beta sessions in recent months, but the studio has announced that the game will definitely be released on PC, iOS, Android and PS4 on September 28.
Will Genshin Impact be released on Switch?
A Switch version is planned for the game, but it will not be released at the same time as the other versions. Currently, no beta has taken place on Switch, which suggests that this version will be released much later.
Will Genshin Impact be released on PS5?
The information is now official, Genshin Impact will be playable on PlayStation 5. First of all, in backward compatibility. Then an optimized version is in development. However, no plans are currently planned for Xbox consoles.
When is the next content coming in Genshin Impact?
The studio has already announced that several contents will arrive in the title. Since it is a free-to-play with content that gets better over time, we can expect many updates. According to the arrival dates of Updates 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, which are respectively set for November 11, 2020, December 23, 2020 and February 2021, it takes between 6 and 8 weeks between each update major.

No, it will be impossible to find beta data once the final game is released. Everything will be reset, whether it's the characters obtained, the level of your avatar and your items.

Although Genshin Impact is free-to-play, it is possible to pre-order the game on PS4 to obtain in-game rewards, namely the Adventurer's Pack.
