There are 6 different endings to get with Noelle. Note that you don't have to restart the entire quest to get them. You can choose each segment of the quest individually to start over at that specific point. Here, we will only detail how to obtain these endings, and not the "false" endings that lead to quest failure.
Note that not all choices are important., and that we will return here only to the choices that impact the rest of the quest, or those that allow you to obtain successes.
Go talk to Noelle on the outskirts of Mondstadt just before the bridge. Here we have three main segments each having 2 endings. We advise you to read the endings two by two to follow the procedure to obtain them easily.
Whisper of the Paper Rose
Once you engage the conversation with Noelle, she will ask you for advice on becoming a knight. Choose the answer “Of course, where do you want to start? », it will then be necessary to direct our friend a little more by choosing "Your training as a knight?" ". Finally, tell him that “It is the rest that you lack” in order to meet Beatrice who needs help with heart problems.
When it comes to deciding what kind of gift for Quinn, you'll be faced with a tough new choice. Opt for “What the gift represents is important, it is better not to choose lightly. ". This will allow you to choose a more appropriate present from Marjorie's shop. After talking to Beatrice, you're going to have to shop around for romantic spots and then choose the best one for our two lovebirds.

Mysteries of love

The man will ask himself questions in front of so much hospitality. For each place visited, answer each time: "It's a proof of hospitality from Noëlle". He will be all the more moved in front of so much benevolence and will decide to leave the city, planning to return with better intentions.
A cold reception
Take the path from the previous ending and choose this one: "It's a cocktail just for you..." during each stopover. Alois will panic and think it's a warning. Escort him to the exit of Mondstadt to make him understand that he must leave, but unfortunately Noelle will take it as a failure.

Let's skip to the last segment to unlock the last two endings. Start by going back to the very beginning (see the Whisper of the Paper Rose ending above) and choose this time “It is the strength that you lack”. Noëlle will then want to practice on training dummies. To destroy them all before time runs out, position yourself as in the image below and keep pressing the attack button so that she can do the spinning top and break everything quickly.
