Who would have thought we would find a video game rumor in a UK tax return? Well, that's the nature of the video game industry right now. Grand Theft Auto developer Rockstar North may have just accidentally revealed that development of the hit franchise's sixth mainline entry is well underway in its latest UK tax return.
If we think that's the case, the project is definitely destined for the PlayStation 5. While Grand Theft Auto V actually came out very late in the last-gen PlayStation 3's lifespan, a launch on the current console from Sony would be an incredibly fast turn from announcement to release. And as we all know, that's not Rockstar's business. Remember, though, that it was recently rumored that the team is planning a PS5 reveal in the future.
