The DLC contract has been released for GTA 5 Online, bringing another round of action-packed missions to the title that has stood the test of time. The Contract DLC update is free to download for anyone who owns the game and introduces many new characters, properties, jobs, vehicles and more to the online experience. In this guide, we will explain how to start it.
How to start the DLC contract in GTA 5 Online
Before you can play, make sure you have downloaded the required 4GB patch which includes all new content. Once it's fully installed, load up GTA 5 and jump into an online lobby.
Once your character is loaded, you can start The Contract missions with just a bit of prep work, though it will require you to throw in an absolute boatload of cash. Take out your gaming phone and open your internet browser. Go to Money and Services, then to the Dynasty 8 Executive website.
Here you will have the option to buy an agency. There are four new agencies to buy, the cheapest of which costs $2. Depending on how much time you've spent in GTA 010 Online, this may be a silly change for you. If you run out of money, these missions are not going anywhere, so hit the streets and start earning money.
Once you have purchased and owned an agency, you are free to start doing certain jobs. To launch them, go to your agency to meet Franklin, who will ask you to launch on the contracts. Before you can begin this work, you will need to define yourself as CEO of the company. Luckily, it's incredibly easy, but expensive to do in GTA 5 Online.
You'll need to own an office before you can sign up as a CEO, and Maze Bank West, the cheapest option, will set you back $1. Like the agency, you can purchase offices on the Dynasty 000 Executive website. Choose the one you would like and make the purchase. We are almost done.
Open the interaction menu and scroll down to SecuroServ, where you will have the option to register as CEO. Because you have an office yourself, you can do it with a single click. Now head to your agency and sit in front of your office laptop, from which you can accept The Contract jobs.
It's a bit pricey, but not too complicated to get into the new GTA 5 Online missions with The Contract DLC. If you want to learn more about GTA 5 Online, we have plenty of other guides for you to check out in our guides hub!
