The first event of version 1.3 of Genshin impact invites you to wander around the world in search of objects and beings to photograph. here is everything you need to know about the "Colors of Fortune" event in Genshin Impact.

How to get snapshots?
This event is available from 3 at 10 February, and will allow you to take many shots in exchange for some rewards. To do this, you will first have to complete the quest A special snapshot, which simply consists of talking to Jitong au Port de Liyue.
He will then give you a Strange daguerreotype, which differs somewhat from the traditional Daguerreotype. Jitong will then ask you to bring him 5 shots of different colors, taking a picture of the objects indicated by the event.
Note that you will however only be entitled to 10 shots per day, and the color of these seems completely random. To make the task easier, you can ask for help from your friends, since you can exchange your photos with them to make sure you have the right color snaps to get your daily reward.
1st day: Object to be collected in red color
For this first objective, you will have to take a picture of red collectibles found all over the world. Here is a non-exhaustive list of objects that you can take a picture of during this day:
- Snapdragon
- flaming flower
- Chrysanthemum at dawn
- Jueyun pepper
- Twilight Apple
- Apple
- grave
- silk flower
Once that's done and you've gotten your 10 snaps, return to Jitong at Liyue Port. If you have collected a photo of each colorway, you will be able to collect your reward.
2nd day: Creature of blue color
For this second red, it is not a question of objects but of monsters: you have to photograph a creature of blue color. You probably already know the answer, blobs are your best friends when it comes to taking them in groups. Here's what you can capture:
- Hydroblob / Giant Hydroblob
- Cryoblob / Giant Cryblob
- Cryo Lie Flower
- frozen tree
- northern wolf
- Water Spirit
- Abyss Cryomage
- .. and all other Cryo enemies (Brutoshaman, Fatui Cryoluciole Mage, Fatui Sniper, Frosted Brutocollinus…)
3rd day: Creature of red color
On this Friday, for this 3rd day, we stay on monsters with photos of red creatures to take. Same story as the day before, blobs are generally good finds since they can be grouped:
- Pyroblob / Giant Pyroblob
- Pyromage of the Abyss
- flaming tree
- Usurier pyro des Fatui
- And all the red Brutocollinus
4th day: Object to be captured in blue color
It will be relatively simple for this Saturday, blue color resources, there are plenty. For example, head to the Statue of the Seven at Starfall Lake and take the Lamp Herbs, and you're done.

5th day: Object to be captured in yellow color
On this Sunday, the event asks us to take resources of yellow color. The flowers sweetening and berries are one of them and given that there are many of them, they can be ideal for this day. Here is the list of affected objects:

6th day: Creature of brown color
For this beginning of the week, you will be asked to capture brown colored monsters. As you can imagine, the brutocollinus will be your greatest friends here:
- Geoblob / Giant Geoblob
- Brutocollinus (with shield, bruto warrior, crossbowman, brutoviandu, brutoshaman…)
- Young geosaur
- Geosaurus
7th day: Creature of purple color
This Tuesday, you will be asked to take pictures of purple monsters such as:
- Electroblob / Giant Electroblob
- Electro hypostasis
- Fatui Electrolucium Mage
Fortune Chest Reward
Each Fortune Chest will give you 60 primo-gemmes and one of the following random rewards:
- 12 Lessons From The Hero
- 24 Mystical Strengthening Minerals
- 120 Moras
If you didn't get the right shots of the right color, ask your friends to provide you with shots. Remember to use all of your available snaps per day, so you can give some to your friends when needed. This guide will be updated daily to describe the objects to be photographed.
