In Animal Crossing New Horizons, Tom Nook always offers you to change the design of your house. And it goes beyond just the color of the roof. You can also change the facade, the type of roof, the door and even the mailbox. But for that, the tanuki will ask you for 5 bells. Fortunately, there is a way to no longer have to pay for this service and we explain how to do it.

How not to pay for the redesign of your house in Animal Crossing New Horizons?

To no longer have to pay for customizing your home, you will have to invest a lot of money, millions even. Indeed, it is after the reimbursement of the last extension of your house (the basement) that Tom Nook will announce the good news to you during a conversation. From now on, the changes are free but there are still quite logical limits.

You always have to wait until the next day for the changes to be applied. And until the work is done, you can't change your mind once a request has been made. The new free system will probably allow you to test designs without fearing for your budget but also to make the multiple changes requested if you wish to complete your Miles Nook successes.
