A GTA game is hardly a GTA game without cheats, so even in the remastered version of the classic GTA III trilogy, Rockstar Games chose to include them. However, people unfamiliar with the game or the series might know how to activate them, as it is released on next-gen consoles with different controllers.
Using a cheat is always so easy! If you have a good memory for cheat codes, it's easier than browsing your phone to cheat like you had to in GTA V. Here's how to use cheats on every console/system.

- PlayStation: Enter sequence while playing (not paused).
- Xbox: Enter sequence while playing (not paused).
- PC: Enter the cheat code on your keyboard while in game (not paused).
There's no menu option or special key or button you need to press to activate hints or type them into a text box. To use them, all you have to do is press the buttons for each cheat on your controller or keyboard.
